Lehmann & Voss & Co. expanding in China

The company has founded a subsidiary in Beijing to further consolidate its position in the Chinese procurement market.

Lehmann & Voss & Co. is one of the companies that recognized China's importance as a source of chemical raw materials and auxiliary materials at an early stage. Since 2002, a representative office in Dalian in northern China has been developing and managing the sources for procuring magnesite and more recently for other raw materials as well. Now, with the founding of LEHVOSS Beijing Chemical Co. Ltd., another subsidiary is being added. This is furnished with all the purchasing and sales rights, and is particularly intended to bring about progress in the procurement of rubber chemicals.

Wang Zhen is the managing director of LEHVOSS Beijing Chemical Co. Ltd. She speaks fluent German and also has many years of experience in trade between Germany and China. Zheng Jiusong is in charge of products for the rubber industry and studied at the Beijing Institute of Polymer Science. His background in rubber technology makes him ideally qualified for examining whether possible suppliers are capable of meeting the high quality requirements demanded by European rubber processors.
