LEHVOSS UK and PAROXITE join forces.

LEHVOSS UK has acquired the British distribution company PAROXITE with immediate effect.

PAROXITE (http://www.paroxite.com/) London, UK was founded in 1953 and operates a successful and respected raw materials distribution business to the personal care industry. Based in the UK with a staff of 12 and it's own dedicated warehouse in southern England, PAROXITE have focused on the UK and EU markets, distributing high quality esters, speciality  natural actives and excipients.

The Lehmann & Voss & Co group see PAROXITE as a key acquisition to raise their profile in the personal care industry.

PAROXITE although being integrated into LEHVOSS UK, will continue as an independent personal care raw materials division. Mrs Anna Grant, will continue her activities as Director of PAROXITE, whilst LEHVOSS UK will work to strengthen the sales activities of PAROXITE, ensuring that the strong industry relationships that have been built with suppliers and customers will continue to grow.

This acquisition confirms the LEHVOSS group's commitment to its personal care business and drives sustained international growth, considerably enhancing the offering for international customers and contract suppliers.
