Diatomaceous earth and perlite: HACCP system implemented and certified

In order to further improve our already high standard in terms of food legislation requirements Lehmann & Voss & Co. has introduced an HACCP system for diatomaceous earth and perlite. The entire process chain from production in Lompoc/USA and Zacoalco/Mexico to the customer has been included. The following sub-processes are taken into consideration:

  • Production process including packaging
  • Provision and loading in containers
  • Unloading and transport to warehouse
  • Incoming goods and checking of products
  • Appropriate warehousing
  • Picking and packing
  • Goods transport to the customer


The goal of the HACCP system is to control processes which serve food safety transparently and safely.
