Alexander Sunder heads the global compound division at LEHVOSS. He holds a PhD in polymer science and has been working for the last 20 years in various positions in the chemical and polymer industries.

He strives to delight customers by bringing the specialty compound business to the next level and heads a committed enthusiastic team of plastics specialists who work within a state-of-the art global infrastructure.

Sales Director for Europe Harald Hunke heads the account management group of the business unit Customized Polymer Materials.

He holds a degree in business administration as well as in polymer engineering and was awarded a PhD in materials science from the University of Bolton (UK).

Prior to joining the LEHVOSS Group in 2014, Harry had worked for Goldmann Kunststoffe, Celanese and EMS Grivory.

Distribution Manager for Europe Susan Pfützner has held various positions at LEHVOSS over her 15 years of working at the company. She adds value for customers by providing customers the reliable and meaningful answers they deserve. She considers herself a demanding customer and applies this mindset to her daily work with LEHVOSS customers and partners to make the company the preferred contact for finding solutions to their problems. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration.

Her primary responsibilities include serving as the initial contact for all questions from distributors about projects, material selection and price quotes as well as managing projects.

Senior Sales Account Manager Georg Eichhorn has held both technical and commercial positions in his 10 years of working in the plastics industries for leading global raw-material suppliers. He holds a master’s degree in plastics engineering, and, besides the automotive industry, Georg counts the potable water market among his core areas of competency. His enthusiasm for plastics is fueled by the continuously changing requirements that depend on the wide range of potential application areas for high-performance plastics.

His eagerness to look beyond current commercial application areas to find new opportunities for high-performance plastics supports our innovative customers to realize their future projects.

Frank Kolde has been working in technical sales for the Customized Polymer Materials (CPM) business unit for 12 years now. After studying plastics engineering, he subsequently gained project management and can now look back on almost 30 years of experience in the plastics industry.

Frank finds technically demanding projects particularly exciting, especially those implemented in LUVOCOM in close consultation with our customers.

Senior Technical Sales Manager Kuno Weber is an account manager in the business unit Customized Polymer Materials and is responsible for customers in central Germany. An injection molding expert, he holds an engineering degree in the area of polymer technology. Kuno has more than 30 years of experience working in the polymer industry.

He enjoys working on projects and support customers in finding solutions for new applications.

A member of the sales team, Wolfram Hasert has responsibility for the southwest area of Germany, which includes a number of important tier-one automotive suppliers and OEMs in the medical sector. He holds a degree in engineering and industrial mechanics and can look back on 26 years of experience in the polymer industry, 14 of them with LEHVOSS. Wolfram has worked more than 12 years in the plastic injection molding area and, as a result, likes to support customers right at the start of new projects by supporting them with material selection as well with part and mold design.

He likes challenging projects and convincing customers to use high-performance plastic materials in their innovative products.

Stefan Thomsen serves as a link between WMK Plastics and LEHVOSS. A trained toolmaker with a technical degree in polymer processing, he has experience in injection molding, mold flow simulation and implementing parts into serial production. He has 30 years of experience in the polymer industry, with 10 years of this in sales.

Ulrich Dietz is a senior account manager in Germany with long-term experience as a sales manager in engineering plastics (prime and recycled compounds and materials). He has completed a university entry exam and applies his deep knowledge in materials and specifications to automotive applications to find solutions.

In his work, he focuses on the automotive industry, an area where he has responsibility for OEMs and tier-one suppliers.

Alessandro Fabris is responsible for the Italian market as part of the Customized Polymer Materials (CPM) business unit, bringing CPM materials from historical to new 3-D printings grades to the Italian market. He has 20 years of experience working in the plastics and rubber industries and serves on the technical committee of the TMP, the oldest association for the diffusion of plastic materials in Italy. Alessandro holds a degree in plastics technology and has completed additional management specialization courses.

He believes that to understand plastics, you have to be plastic, to cite a statement from one of its professors. He also believes that understanding tomorrow’s plastic requires passion, dedication and many tests.

Nico Harperink is a senior technical sales manager for the Customized Polymer Materials (CPM) business unit at the LEHVOSS Group. He is responsible for the markets in the Benelux, United Kingdom and Scandinavia regions. He studied international business and has more than 20 years of experience in the business-to-business sector of the polymer industry. His specialization is in the development and support of projects with a special focus applications for food and medicine.

Frédéric Porcher has been with LEHVOSS for 15 years and serves as an account manager for France. A polymer technology technician with more than 35 years of experience in the rubber and plastic industries, he loves polymers as they continuously evolve with new applications, technologies and challenges.

His primarily responsibilities at the moment focus on helping customers solve their technical problems with high-performance compounds and demonstrating technical capabilities for new innovations.
