Produced by our exclusive partner BRISIL Ltd. in India using a patented process, BSIL has already proven itself in industrial applications for some time.

Current production capacity is around 7,500 tonnes per year. The range includes grades with BET surface areas between 100 and 200 m²/g – perfectly suited as a 1:1 replacement for standard silica and other active fillers in rubber applications. Sustainable, high-performing, and readily available.

Oxirubber is an innovative activator for sulphur vulcanisation, derived from a by-product of the pulp production process. It can fully or partially replace zinc oxide and is not classified as hazardous, simplifying storage and transport.

This cationic/alkaline product has demonstrated excellent processing performance in initial applications. Commercial production in Brazil is running at full capacity. RFF represents a new generation of sustainable fillers for rubber and plastics – developed and produced by UPM Kymmene, a leader in bio-based materials.

These wood-based fillers feature a negative CO₂ footprint, are biodegradable and PAH-free. Production will take place in the world’s first biorefinery of its kind in Leuna, Germany. RFF replaces CO₂-intensive fillers such as carbon black or silica, offering a high-performance, safe, and future-ready alternative for a wide range of applications.
