JEC World 2026 in Paris – LEHVOSS Compounds and LEHVOSS Composites present innovative products for composites

This year we focus on mold making, using 3D printing, and flame retardancy for composites.

LEHVOSS Compounds is presenting the LUVOPRINT product line, high-performance materials for Fused Granulate Fabrication (FGF), a 3D printing process that uses granules instead of filaments or powders.

LUVOPRINT materials are designed to produce components, molds, fixtures, and supports in a wide range of demanding applications, from materials for structural applications in ambient conditions to materials for molds used to cure composites in autoclaves under high temperatures and pressure.

The LUVOPRINT portfolio currently includes grades based on eco PC/ABS (excellent dimensional stability, outstanding processability, low carbon footprint), eco PA6 (high impact strength, increased abrasion and wear resistance, low carbon footprint), eco PPS (flame-retardant, high chemical resistance, low carbon footprint), and PESU (flame-retardant, high mechanical strength, outstanding thermal stability).

LUVOPRINT materials have been specifically developed and optimized for the printing process and have proven their performance in numerous applications. Since the transition from traditional manufacturing methods to 3D printing can be challenging, LEHVOSS offers support throughout this process. LEHVOSS provides solutions from material to finished product to ensure the reproducibility and cost-effectiveness of 3D printing in series production. LUVOPRINT has been extensively tested on the most common industrial printing presses. Performance data and printer settings are available from LEHVOSS and its partners.
